Would you please print the entire speech? And let me know how any realistic interpretation of it could even remotely mistake Kerry's comments as directed at the troops instead of at Bush?
Remember that Kerry is a veteran, unlike Bush who couldn't even do the guard duty that his privileged family illegally secured for him.
